According to Tig H. Krekel, Chairman of AIS and Vice Chairman of JFL, ”The AIS transaction was a successful investment for our investors, and we are confident it will prove to be a strong performer for its new owners. The success of the business over the past two years resulted from considerable investment in new technology, and significant emphasis on achieving operational excellence while having very strong growth objectives which were achieved. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Chris Holmes, on both sides of the Atlantic, the firm performed at a very high level and is expected to continue to do so.”

Holmes added, ”AIS has benefited tremendously from the strong support and leadership of the JFL team. We look forward to combining capabilities with Goodrich to further benefit the markets we serve.”
