Xantrex Announces Closing of Acquisition of Elgar Electronics

VANCOUVER, BC – Xantrex Technology Inc. (TSX:XTX) announced it has completed the acquisition of Elgar Electronics Corporation, a leading provider of programmable power products and systems for $108 million in cash.
