NEW YORK – J.F. Lehman & Company (“J.F. Lehman”), a leading middle-market private equity firm focused on the maritime, defense and aerospace sectors, announced that its investment affiliate has sold its portfolio company, Doss Aviation (“Doss” or “the Company”) to L3 Technologies, Inc. (“L3”). Doss is a leading provider of flight training and airfield support services to the U.S. Department of Defense. The Company is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado and serves its defense customers at many locations worldwide. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
