David L. Rattner

Managing Director, Legal, Administration & Compliance

Mr. Rattner joined JFLCO in 2011 and coordinates the legal affairs of JFLCO’s investment vehicles and portfolio companies.  He also serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the firm’s administrative functions and compliance with contractual and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rattner was General Counsel for over eight years at a previous JFLCO portfolio company, OAO Technology Solutions, where he was responsible for all legal, regulatory and governance activities. Previously, Mr. Rattner held various general counsel and in-house legal positions at a number of firms, ranging from start-ups to a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Rattner began his legal career as a Transactional Associate at Skadden Arps.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Rattner earned a B.A. in governmental affairs from Georgetown University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
