Mr. Janoff joined JFLCO in 2023 and is actively involved in the acquisition, oversight and disposition of portfolio investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Janoff began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Deutsche Bank’s Global Industrial Group, where he covered the transportation, logistics, airline and automotive industries and was promoted to Associate.

A native of Colorado, Mr. Janoff graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in finance.
